Shipping policy

Art prints and printed merchandise are all currently fulfilled via third-party professional printers that have been carefully selected for quality of products and service. Items are custom-printed when an order is placed, and shipped directly to the customer from the manufacturer. This allows us to offer a wider variety of high-quality merchandise with generally quick turnaround times and efficient shipping. However, it does mean that an order may contain items that are printed and shipped from different facilities, resulting separate shipments/shipping charges. Whenever applicable, items in the same order will be shipped in as few shipments as possible. Shipping prices, methods, and availability are subject to change without notice, as per the Terms of Service.

Shipping costs and times will vary depending on your location and what you order. I do my best to keep shipping information as up-to-date and as transparent as possible. If you have a question about shipping or you feel there may have been an erroneous shipping charge, please contact me and I will do what I can to figure out the problem and correct it in a timely manner. Please bear in mind that I am just one freelance artist, not a company with a dedicated customer service department!

Orders of "free shipping" items that also contain other items will still be charged the normal shipping price for the additional items.

Shipping rates are listed in US dollars (USD).

Art Cards and postcards ship from a fine art printer in Austin, TX. Shipping costs for US domestic orders have flate rates of $3.95 for 1-4 cards, $6.95 for 5-9 cards, and free for orders of 10 or more cards (orders $50 and up). International shipping rates vary based on location.

All other items are fulfilled through (printed and sent from) a professional printing company that ships from North America, Europe, or Australia, depending on the customer's location. Their shipping rates are as follows:
